Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If there is a product missinbg from your order, please notify us within 1 week. We are a new small company and we want our customers to be happy. If there is a problem with anything you purchased, or would just like to talk to us, email support@createdesart.com. We are happy to help out.
To be eligible for a return, you must obtain a return authorization by emailing us at support@createdesart.com. In your request for a return authorization, please let us know your reasons for a return and whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund, your order number, and item number. For damaged and defective items, include photos of the damage or defect. In order for you to be refunded for your purchase, your returned item must arrive to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging, and must be received by us. The item must be the correct item, the item authorized for a refund, and an item originally sold to you by us. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization and not having a return authorization approval, will not be accepted nor refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, most often by sending an identicle replacement item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal items for hygenic reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items that cannot be returned:

If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.

Women’s swimwear and underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons..

Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

Men’s swimwear or underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

Personalised items can't be returned.
- Artwork cannot be returned as these are created after placing an order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
